I initially heard about Taylor and Spraungel in a fishing podcast. I was impressed with his knowledge so when it came time to buy a new trolling motor I contacted him. I had several conversations with him about which motor is best for me. He offered great advice and took a ton of time to walk me through the decision. I ordered the motor through him and had him install it plus do some additional wiring on my boat. He was professional, prompt and walked me through everything he did. A few days later I put the boat in the water and had some challenges with my motor. I called Taylor on my cell phone. Even though it was early evening he answered my call and walked me through the challenge (operator error). You will NOT get that kind of service from other shops. All my future electronics and trolling motor work will be done by Taylor and his crew. They are the best.
